American IPA

Our first brew, this American IPA is slightly fruity and pleasantly sweet on the nose. On the palette is notes of caramel with a hint of hops and bitterness on the back end. A very approachable and easy drinking beer.

Brewed as an homage to the great Heady Topper by the Alchemist, shoulders knees and toes is a mighty beer!! Very well balanced, you’ll enjoy a hint of peach and apricot on the palate up front, with a slightly malty and pleasant bitter finish.

Pineapple Express

HUGE pineapple flavor with subtle coconut and a pleasant and light bitterness.

Munich Ridge

German Style Marzen

6.3% ABV

A classic German Marzen. Notes of raisin on the nose. Biscuity, lightly floral, and dry,this lager is crushable! Pairs perfectly with Bratwurst and pretzels!

Raptors Delight

American Pale Ale

5.0% ABV

Light and delicate, with a ton of citrus on the nose and palete, and just the tiniest bit of bitter at the back end.

Sackville Downs Stout

American Stout

With a pleasant aroma, your palette will be greeted with chocolate, roasted coffee, and a hint of sweet vanilla.
Finishing medium dry, with a tiny bit of hoppiness at the back end.

Odin’s Winter Ale

Norweign Farmhouse Ale

Originally created in 2019 by Karl Whiffen, the owner and brewer at Uncle Leo’s. The brewery has been closed for a number of years now but the legend lives on! Karl was kind enough to give us the recipe so this is an exact replica. We used juniper branches from High Head in Prospect, NS and a centuries old style of Kveik yeast. Medium bodied, smooth, a tiny bit of spice, with pleasant notes of pine and sweet berries, this is the original Winter Warmer for those cold winter nights.

Galactic Hydra-tion

New England IPA

6.2% ABV

Light orange in color and very hazy. On the nose, pleasant and delicate fruit aromas. Stone fruit, peach and apricot on the pallet with VERY little bitterness. This beer utilizes Galaxy and Falconers Flight 7cs hops, and Hydra yeast, hence the name.

Garden Express

We took our wildly popular Pineapple Express IPA and changed one TINY ingredient in it, the yeast, and the result is a completely different beer!! We built this beer to showcase how important of a role yeast can play in the beer. Replacing the HUGE pineapple flavours with over the top tropical mango, papaya, grapefruit, with a hint of vanilla sweetness and a pleasant, dry coconut finish, this smooth well balanced beer will having you dreaming of a white sandy beach in the Caribbean.

Volga

Double IPA

Volga is named after the largest river in Europe. Flowing from Central to Southern Russia for over 3,500 KMs, this river has been a focal point of Russian culture and lore for thousands of years. Anyone who knows me well, knows that I hold Pliny the Elder in the highest regard. My absolute favorite beer, made by Russian River in Northern California, Volga is a clone beer. Vinnie Cilurzo, head brewer and owner, wrote a scaled down recipe himself, and obviously kept a few secrets to himself. The result is an extremely well balanced DIPA where pine, fruit, bitter, and hoppy all dance together in perfect harmony!!!

New England IPA

You’re welcomed with notes of tropical ctirus on the nose. A soft, pillowy mouth feel with loads of ripe tangerine and peach on the palate. A lingering fruity sweetness with a hint of bitter on the back end.

Son Of Ole

Pale Ale

5.0% ABV

A beer brewed to honour one of our founding brew masters, Jeff Olsen, and his Norwegian heritage. This hopped pale ale packs a PUNCH! On the nose, ripe papaya and stone fruit. On the palette, grapefruit rein, mango and a little bit of lemon and lime zest. It finishes off with a pleasant piney bitterness that it gets from the West Coast hops that were used in the dry hop.

Double IPA

Aromas of peach. On the palate, dried apricot, sweet vanilla and mandarin. Made with Simcoe and Warrior hops, and a new yeast called New World Strong Ale.

Appalachian

Pale Ale

5.2% ABV

A true to style beer, inspired by the legendary Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Malt forward, with notes of bread and biscuit upfront. Piney, hoppy back end with a pleasant dry bitterness that doesn’t linger.
