Pale Ale

A true to style beer, inspired by the legendary Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Malt forward, with notes of bread and biscuit upfront. Piney, hoppy back end with a pleasant dry bitterness that doesn’t linger.

Volga

Double IPA

8.0% ABV

Volga is named after the largest river in Europe. Flowing from Central to Southern Russia for over 3,500 KMs, this river has been a focal point of Russian culture and lore for thousands of years.

Anyone who knows me well, knows that I hold Pliny the Elder in the highest regard. My absolute favorite beer, made by Russian River in Northern California, Volga is a clone beer. Vinnie Cilurzo, head brewer and owner, wrote a scaled down recipe himself, and obviously kept a few secrets to himself. The result is an extremely well balanced DIPA where pine, fruit, bitter, and hoppy all dance together in perfect harmony!!!

Sackville Snow Nights

American Stout

Big and bold, this smooth delicious American Stout is packed full of flavour. Notes of chocolate, roasted coffee, and sweet vanilla on the palate. And with a hoppy and pleasantly bitter finish.

Wee Heavy

Scottish Ale

8.4% ABV 25 IBU

This collaboration brings together Tanner & Co Brewing and SackVegas Brew Co in a classic Scottish style. Wee Heavy is a malt-forward ale known for its deep copper hue, rich body, and warming character. Layers of toffee, caramelized sugar, and toasted malt unfold with subtle notes of dark fruit and bread crust, creating depth without harsh roast.

A restrained hop presence allows the malt to take center stage, while a smooth fermentation profile keeps the finish balanced and deceptively drinkable. Brewed to be savoured, this Wee Heavy is a nod to traditional Scottish brewing and the shared spirit of collaboration within Nova Scotia’s craft beer community.
